Membership Terms

Fire Starter membership is an annual subscription, currently USD 10 per year. Benefits may evolve over the membership year; membership is a service, not a one-off product purchase.

Membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price. We'll send a reminder ahead of renewal, and you can cancel any time before your renewal date.

If you're an EU resident, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. You can request a full refund within this window provided you haven't yet used your membership benefits.

If you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the paid year. We don't offer partial refunds once benefits have been used, except where required by law.

Founding members — the first 1,000 to join — keep founding status permanently. Members who joined via a free founding-year code renew at USD 10 in year two.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
